Hurricane Kick

Similar to a slingshot, but the front leg is swinging as the back leg is doing a 1 foot pivot. Balancing on one foot, the other foot swings straight forward, when it reaches the front, the body begins to trun - starting with the head and shoulders. The standing foot pivots and hanging foot turns the opposite direction and swings fromt back to front again.
